How is delivery and returns handled?
UK-wide delivery, arranged per piece. You pay for the piece at checkout and we quote delivery afterwards, so nothing is booked until you have agreed the cost. Everything travels wrapped and insured. You can cancel within 14 days of it arriving, no reason needed; sending it back is at your cost, capped at what you paid us to deliver it.

How should I care for it?
Wipe with a dry or barely-damp cloth, and re-wax once or twice a year to feed the timber. Elm loves being lived with; rings and marks become part of its story.
